Meet Bill
By profession, Bill Budler is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist© with BancWise Realty. By passion, he is a lifelong advocate for the senior community.
With more than 70 years of life experience and over 50 years in business, Bill has worn many hats — author, educator, speaker, counselor, mediator, and entrepreneur. Through that experience, he recognized a growing need in Lincoln: seniors and families needed a trustworthy place to find clear, unbiased information during important life transitions.
LincolnSeniors.com was created to meet that need. Bill’s real estate background gives him a front-row seat to the challenges seniors face, but this platform exists first and foremost to serve — by providing timely, accurate resources that help seniors make informed decisions with confidence.
